Recently you may have seen reports by news outlets and U.S. government representatives this week on data breaches and cybersecurity attacks on our government’s computer systems originating from the Russian Federation.
I want to assure you that we are staying on top of the situation and are monitoring any developments in the best interests of you and our customers.
The affected system is an on-premises product know as Orion made by the SolarWinds corporation.
To be clear, while the reported issues come from the SolarWinds Orion platform, that is not the product that we deploy and manage for your systems.

PSN Technology provides services to some of our customers using Solar Winds MSP which provides monitoring and security services to clients like you. None of those services are part of the current cyberattack.
